What can I expect from Titanic Echoes From The Past?
Step into an extraordinary, guided VR journey and experience the story of the Titanic with Titanic: Echoes From The Past as if you were truly there. This one-of-a-kind immersive adventure blends history, cutting-edge technology, and powerful emotion—bringing the world’s most iconic ocean liner back to life like never before.
How long does the experience last?
The immersive virtual reality experience lasts 40 minutes (10 minutes debrief + 30 minutes experience)
In what language is the experience presented?
Enjoy the experience in English, French, Spanish, and Chinese.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Yes, you can purchase a gift voucher online, refer to the Gift Card section.
Is it possible to sit during the experience?
Unfortunately, no. The experience is made for you to walk around the space. For individuals with reduced mobility wheelchairs are acceptable, however it is not recommended for individuals with limited balance stability.
What if I wear eyeglasses?
Yes, if you wear eyeglasses you'll be able to try the experience. Our staff will help fit the headset correctly to accommodate you.
Do you offer guided visits?
No, but our staff is always available during the experience if there's anything you need.
Is the experience the same for everyone?
Yes, the experience is the same for each visitor.
What is the minimum age and height for the immersive expedition?
Children must be 8+ years old. Any child below the age requirement will not be allowed to enter the venue. Children are the sole responsibility of their parent(s) and/or guardian(s).
What should I wear?
For your comfort, we recommend dressing comfortably and wearing suitable shoes. Because you will be wearing a VR headset, please refrain from wearing hats or caps.
Is the experience accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, our venue is equipped to facilitate access, and the space hosting the expedition is free of steps. Furthermore, the equipment is tailored to accommodate individuals with reduced mobility in wheelchairs. However, the experience is not recommended for individuals with limited balance stability.
Can a deaf or hard of hearing person follow the experience?
Unfortunately, no. The visual content of our immersive expedition is not subtitled. If you’re wearing a hearing aid you can follow the content of the experience but it will not be possible to link them to the headphones. The VR headset has small speakers that emit sound to the ears.
Do you provide lockers onsite?
Yes, but they’re limited and first come-first serve. We recommend you travel lightly.
Is the equipment cleaned between use?
All our headsets are thoroughly cleaned with antibacterial sanitizing wipes after each session.
Is there a lost and found?
Yes, please contact the venue for more information.
How many people can take part in the experience in the same group?
In the upper right corner of the screen, you will find the "Groups" section, where you can receive all the information needed to make a group reservation.
TICKETING
Can I buy tickets on site?
Yes, we will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
I can’t find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
What methods of payment are accepted on site?
Accepted methods of payment are credit, debit cards and Apple Pay.
Can I reschedule my tickets?
Generally, Fever tickets are non-refundable and non-amendable. Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. For more information, you can refer to our Terms & Conditions.
What happens if I am late for my time slot?
It is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes before the time stated on your ticket. If you miss your check-in time, you should speak to a staff member when you arrive for assistance, and if possible, we will try to accommodate you by giving you access to the site upon your arrival, or else sadly, you will lose your ticket.
Is it possible to transfer a ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I have to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly. You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section or in your mail reminder which will arrive one day before your selected session.
How far ahead can I book for?
Please refer to the ticketing page for available dates and times.
Can I refund my ticket(s)?
All ticket purchases are final sale. No refunds will be made, and no order can be canceled. For more information, you can refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Where is the experience located?
This experience is located at Eclipso Atlanta, 550 Somerset Terrace Northeast, Atlanta, 30306 on the Eastside Beltline.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience takes place indoors.
Is there parking available?
Yes, paid self-parking is available. Additional paid public parking lots are located within walking distance, including:
- North & Line Public Parking at 385 N. Angier Ave
- BeltLine Parking next to Kroger at 725 Ponce De Leon Ave NE
- Ponce City Market Parking at 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE
What are the closest metro/bus stations?
Unfortunately, no stations are close to the venue, we recommend arriving by car.
Are there bathrooms available at the venue?
Yes, this venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
ACCESSIBILITY AND CONDITIONS
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is ADA-compliant. This is a 30-minute free-roaming VR experience and may not be suitable for individuals with balance or stability concerns. For safety, walkers and canes are not permitted during the experience, as headsets limit visibility. Wheelchairs are available upon request.
Can children do virtual reality alone?
From 8 to 17 they must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 8 are not permitted to enter the premises and will not be allowed to participate, even when carried by an adult, for safety reasons.
Are service dogs allowed?
Due to the nature of the experience and safety-we do not permit service dogs in the virtual reality exhibition area.

Is this experience suitable for everyone?
Not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, and vertigo.
